**Hybrid Requirements**:
Oakville, ON (Remote with one day in-office per week)

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Manage and facilitate freelance facing workshops to support the upskilling of freelancers to enhance their professional development.
- Manage and facilitate freelance newsletter production with Marketing team
- Allocate payments to freelancers and ensure on-time processing.
- Contribute to the cultural goals of the company and support event planning activities.
- Oversee birthday/anniversary announcements, monthly themes, and engagement initiatives for team members.
- Coordinate online social events.
- Assist with recruitment processes
- Support coordination of and attend job fairs.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions, training programs, and ensuring that they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Managing HR policies and ensuring that the organization complies with relevant employment laws and regulations. Coordinate delivery of regulatory training programs (e.g., AODA, Workplace Safety).
- Support corporate learning initiatives and employee development programs.
- Conduct research and provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure proper management of HR documentation, maintaining employee records, updating HR information systems, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

- Keep up to date with workforce trends

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education in Human Resources
- At least 2 years experience in HR coordination.
- strong understanding of HR policies and laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience with regulatory requirements for HR
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively in fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset.
- Experience in SaaS or startup environment (nice to have)
