**Education and Experience**:

- Experience with accounting and bookkeeping
- Some experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
- Experience with Jonas Premier is preferred but not necessary
- Experience in Commercial/ICI Construction is preferred but not necessary

**Preferred Skills**:

- Working knowledge of time and materials principles as it relates to construction projects
- Ability to maintain routine financial records and prepare routine financial reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to create effective working relationships with employees and other departments.

**Responsibilities**:
AR:

- Maintaining the billing system up to date on customer payment information.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Producing regular financial and management reports in a timely manner
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
- Calling/ Follow customers to follow up on collections.
- Performing other administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, as required.

Accounts Payable:

- Reviewing invoices for proper documentation before payment.
- Performing invoice and general-ledger data entry in required systems.
- Other administrative tasks such as vendor file maintenance and set up.

Administration:

- Weekly WIP report
- Weekly Receivables report
- Monthly Financial Projection
- Bid tracking and reporting
- Performing other administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, as required on the project.

Integricon is on the cutting edge of job management, using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs. Computer literacy is a must for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
