**PROFILE**

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk, Cash Receipts within our Accounting Department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Processing incoming wire payment, EFT, cheque and credit card transactions.

Administering client payment reconciliations.

Processing client statements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

High school diploma.

Post-secondary courses in accounting.

Three years’ experience in an accounting environment. Experience in a law firm would be an asset.

Excellent computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Knowledge of accounting software and banking procedures. Knowledge of Aderant Expert accounting system would be an asset.

Ability to provide mandatory support during year-end cycle.

Ability to change intensity to fit a changing work cycle, attention to small and personalized details in relation to individual professional requirements.
