This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth and success by assisting with various HR administrative tasks and supporting our recruitment efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and handling HR-related inquiries.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, organizing documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
