Employee Engagement Coordinator and HR Administrator

**Employee Engagement**:

- Research, plan and implement employee events and initiatives for National Headquarters that promote positive culture and boost morale.
- Supporting the administration and activities of the employee engagement and pulse surveys. These include new hire surveys, exit surveys and other employees’ surveys that improve the employee experience.
- Coordinate internal employee recognition awards and programs.
- Research and implement new Association offerings and perks to improve the employee experience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of office systems that support current and future growth.
- Plan events for professional development and other employee engagement events.
- Developing and distributing employee engagement communications in a variety of formats.
- Planning and organizing employee engagement and employee recognition events for employees.
- Maintain contents of the staff intranet site.

**HR Admin**
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding packages and procedures while participating in onboarding orientation session(s).
- Advise employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, compensation and benefit programs and employee agreements.

Support recruitment activities

**Office Management and Administration**
- Act as a key point of contact for general office management and administration.
- Coordinate and manage existing vendors while establishing new vendor partnerships.
- Provide direct support and assistance to the Manager, HR & Facilities.

**Requirements and Skills**
- 2-3 years of work experience in a related field and preferably 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement initiatives.
- Diploma in Human Resources.
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Growth mindset of continued learning and improvement; collaborative working style and good listening skills
- Strong communication skills
