PURPOSE STATEMENT: The role of the Assistant Property Manager is to support the Property Management team in keeping our buildings in tip-top shape, as well as ready, welcoming and inviting for all our events, programs & services. This will require an ‘all in’ approach to the mission, vision and values of Lifecentre, as well as a firm grasp of Lifecentre’s strategies and commitment to growing together with Jesus to make a difference in our city.

  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize, and anticipates the needs of our locations.
  • Known for your flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to “do what it takes” to keep things clean and well organized, clean and maintained.
  • The ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Ability to organize, build and lead a team of volunteers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary duties are general building maintenance, including but not limited to, daily cleaning and sanitization of the building’s various rooms, setting up rooms and furniture, restocking supplies and maintaining our storage areas. Organize, build and lead a team of campus volunteers to assist with Campus weekly needs and projects.

The Assistant Property Manager’s main focus of responsibilities include:

Responsible for upholding Biblical priorities and core values of Lifecentre. All staff should represent a growing personal relationship with Jesus, model a strong relationship with their spouse and children (if applicable) and strive to fulfill his or her purpose in life and ministry while demonstrating integrity in words, relationships and actions.

  • Committing to a daily quiet time with God
  • Participating in a Lifecentre small group regularly
  • Setting appropriate boundaries to protect character and integrity
  • Developing personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church
  • Modelling servanthood and generosity through time, talent and treasure
  • Adhering to and encompassing the qualities and characteristics required of Lifecentre employees, as defined by the Lifestyle Manual

2. Building Maintenance & Cleaning 100%

Responsible for the execution of all aspects of building maintenance including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning & Sanitization of rooms, windows, and washrooms.
  • Emptying recycling and garbage receptacles
  • Setting up rooms, moving and assembling furniture.
  • Locking up the building after specific services and events.
  • Organize, build and lead a team of campus volunteers to assist with Campus weekly needs and projects.
  • Various other tasks related to Lifecentre buildings, as directed by the Lead Property Manager, Campus Pastor and Lead Administrator.
