**About the role**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Manager to join our Dribbble education team. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of the organization’s education sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales team, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives to maximize sales productivity and profitability within Dribbble’s education.

**As an Education Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for**:

- **Team leadership**: lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
- **Sales strategy**: develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Sales performance monitoring**: monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against targets. Identify areas of improvement, implement corrective actions, and provide regular updates to the leadership, product and marketing teams.
- **Target setting**: collaborate with the leadership team to establish sales targets and quotas, ensuring they are challenging yet attainable. Break down targets for individual team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- **Sales forecasting and budgeting**: work closely with the leadership and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor expenses and sales costs to ensure they align with the allocated budget.
- **Market research**: stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market research insights to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches.

**We're looking for**:

- **Sales management experience.** You have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. You’re an expert in sales methodologies, processes and best practices.
- **Exceptional leadership and management skills.** You have the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You can manage and develop sales teams, including setting performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- **A strategic thinker.** You know how to develop and execute effective sales strategies that are aligned with organizational goals. You can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- **Business acumen.** You understand the business operations, including marketing, finance, and product development. You have the ability to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
- **A clear vision.** You can align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to deliver. You have high integrity, consistency in your work, and a clear and visible set of values.
- **Strong time management and organizational skills.** You are experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking.
