Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our regional team, as well as our global product marketing, product, and marketing teams, to drive effective growth and product adoption in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with regional sales, customer success, and curriculum leaders to provide necessary positioning, assets, sales tools, and strategic insights.
- Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with the market, utilizing market intelligence and customer insights.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of global go-to-market strategies for new products and features in the Canadian market, overseeing regional enablement and marketing for product launches.
- Develop strategies aimed at enhancing adoption and engagement of key product behaviors among users.
- Analyze user data and insights to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pedagogy and technology adoption in education.
- Support the understanding of product-market fit and contribute insights into product development and roadmap based on market feedback and customer input.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech sector with a comprehensive understanding of pedagogy and relevant Canadian provincial education systems is desirable.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
