**Purpose of the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to the planning and execution of the interview process and selection meeting.
- Contributes to development and execution of the annual Fellows’ meetings, facilitated training sessions in leadership and communications, supporting materials, etc.
- Contributes to development of Fellows tracking and evaluation metrics, tools and systems to track and assess program impact, contributions, successes and post-appointment career progression.
- Drafts correspondence for evaluation committees, consultants, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Leads development of stewardship report production throughout the year in collaboration with other teams as required.
- Collaborates across the team in support of the development and execution of Horizon Programs (Women in Research, Radical Interdisciplinarity Symposium, etc.) and other Next Generation Initiatives activities, as assigned.
- Contributes information for CIFAR Annual Report, especially with respect to Next Generation Initiatives, including the Fellows Program.
- Attends meetings and workshops as assigned and, if required, takes and prepares notes on business-related sessions.
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience required**:
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in psychology, neuroscience or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a program management or research administration setting, or a combination of work experience and education.
**Core Professional/Technical Knowledge & Skills required for the position**:
- Skill to gather, organize, and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Professional experience in program management in the academic or philanthropic sector.
- Project management skills, knowledge, and expertise.
- Well-developed writing and general communication skills.
- Data management skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Independent and results-oriented as well as collaborative team-based approach to work.
- Knowledge of academia and the research process, an asset.
- Must show evidence of a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and the promotion of a respectful and collegial learning and working environment

- Contribue à la planification et à la mise en œuvre du processus d’entrevue et des rencontres de sélection.
- Participe notamment à l’élaboration et à la tenue des rencontres annuelles des membres et des séances de formation au leadership et à la communication, ainsi qu’à la préparation de documents d’appui.
- Contribue à la conception d’indicateurs, d’outils et de systèmes de suivi et d’évaluation des membres afin d’observer et de mesurer l’incidence, les contributions et les réussites du programme, ainsi que la progression de carrière des membres après leur nomination.
- Rédige les communications à l’intention des comités d’évaluation, des consultants et consultantes, des animateurs et animatrices, ainsi que d’autres parties prenantes.
- Dirige la production de rapports d’intendance tout au long de l’année en collaboration avec d’autres équipes, le cas échéant.
