**About us**:AJ Sports World is a small business in Toronto, ON with over 30 years producing Authentic Memorabilia for Sports Fans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including follow up.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the president.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Communication and follow up with vendors and clients.
- Administrative and clerical tasks including financial
- Have strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365.
- Have a good working knowledge with QuickBooks.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, detailed oriented.
- A strong passion for professional hockey is a plus.
- Resolve complaints with mínimal management assistance
- Assist with autograph events and ensure customer items are properly cared for.
- Be well versed in NHL hockey and other sports of interest.
- Being able to understand sports & other collectibles is a plus.
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
