Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with Customer Service.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and filing receipts.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Help in organizing and maintaining office files and documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or related positions.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles or willingness to learn.
- Experience in Customer Service an asset.
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate degree or relevant certification in administration or related field is a plus.
