Bookkeeper/office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- AP/AR
- General Office Duties
- CRM Input and Oversight
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Sales support and back up
- Purchasing
- Inventory management
- Office shipping and receiving
- Administration
- Phone support
- Reception
**About You**:
- Strong construction industry accounting, computers and software
- Accounting experience - 5 years minimum
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, substantial Excel and Word knowledge a must.
- Command of various CRM technologies (ie Salesforce)
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic and critical thinker
- Highly organized, self-starter, problem-solver
- Quick learner who is teachable and thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Team player, willing to step in and help when needed
- Reliable, responsible and honest work ethic
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
