Bookkeeper/office Manager

We are a well-established food automation manufacturing company seeking a mature Office Manager/Bookkeeper position. Must be a quick learner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong command of the English language, organized with great time management skills, flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
Office Manager/Bookkeeper: Job costing, AR Invoicing and collections, payroll & group benefit administration, GST, PST, EHT & WCB & source deduction remittances, month-end, bank reconciliations, year-end journal entries for outside accountant.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and government remittance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
Full-time hours: 40 Hours per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
