Bookkeeper/office Administrator

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks etc.
- Experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles
- Knowledge of clerical functions related to accounting
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
