Established in 2007, QuartzCo is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market. This position will be in our head office, located between St Catharines and Welland.
**Position / Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Job Overview**
As an Office Administrator, you are expected to always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
General duties include answering customer inquiries, following jobs from templating to install to ensure all work is done and invoiced correctly. You will also be responsible for overseeing builder accounts.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Uploading measure Purchase Orders PO’s)
- Preparing Home Depot (HD) files
- Co-ordinating and communicating template dates
- Following up with templators on drawings
- Checking paperwork and sending finals to HD
- Uploading Install PO’s
- Ordering HD jobs with fabrication
- Co-ordinating and communicating install dates
- Updating Moraware (MW) and HD Job tracker (excel)
- Provide prompt response to customers
- Oversee Builder accounts
- Additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, including excel and AutoCAD a benefit
- Proficiency reading CAD drawings
- Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a team environment is critical
- Outgoing personality and comfort communicating with customers and end users
- This position will need to undergo a background check
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
