**About the Opportunity**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, bank reconciliations
- Follow up on outstanding balances/collection, and prepare invoices and cheques
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare Payroll source deductions, HST and expense reports
- Keep financial records and establish/maintain and balance various accounts
- Other duties as required including phone calls, quotes request, filing, and summarizing
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Full cycle accounting knowledge with experience in a related position
- Minimum 2 years experience with Quickbooks Desktop
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and efficient time management skills
- Great attention to detail, high accountability
- Team player with independent judgement and effective interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Additional pay**:

- Discretionary bonus pay

Our year-end is handled by an accounting firm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
