We're seeking dedicated and driven Administrative Assistants to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide-range of administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, monitoring the sales department and other various projects as assigned. We are looking for highly motivated professionals with experience in administrative work and who are passionate about handling a wide range of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize materials for meetings and events.
- Make travel arrangements for meeting attendees.
- File and update records.
- Maintain calendars for multiple people.
- Answer telephone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, and keep caller records.
- Use word processing programs to prepare letters, memos, and reports and to format text.,Conduct research.
- Communicate and interact with co-workers.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
