**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and design creative pasta menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen safety practices.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
**Skills**
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of culinary professionals.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall hospitality experience for guests.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service protocols and kitchen management practices.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques with a passion for creating delicious dishes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles within the restaurant environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
