We are a sub-contractor specialising in countertop, tiles and flooring for high-rise condominiums. As our business is expanding, we are seeking an Admin Assistant to help with our current workload.

Main Responsibilities:

- Co-ordination between various departments
- Product sourcing and purchasing
- Managing legal contracts
- HR
- Inventory
- Book-keeping
- Bank deposits
- Office supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Managed a clean workplace throughout
- Any other matters arising

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years experience in bookkeeping and administration
- Must have work experience of Sage 50 or Quickbooks
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communications skills
