**Core hours**: Monday to Friday from 8am - 4:30pm PST
We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
Role Summary
As the Manager of Business Transformation, you are responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery for select transformation & strategic initiatives, specifically primarily focusing on Finance and Supply Chain transformation. You will support the project discovery, scoping, business casing and planning and ensures that projects are completed successfully, realizing the target objectives and benefits while leveraging their experience in successfully delivering large-scale Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation. This role may evolve to have direct and indirect reports.

**Responsibilities**:
**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Lead the discovery and/or implementation of major Business Transformation initiatives, including the ERP replacement. Ensure appropriate project/program artifacts outline status, milestones, completion estimates, scope, resource allocation, budget, risks, stakeholder & change management, benefit realization, etc.
Ensure project objectives and milestones are clearly defined and attainable.
Determine, coordinate and schedule project deliverable completion while ensuring adherence to established milestones.
Ensure plans are sequenced, prioritized and aligned with resources, team objectives and technical standards.
Oversee external partners and manage execution to ensure projects/programs are completed on time, within budget and achieve the overall benefits.
Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
Provide regular status reports to Team Members and stakeholders as part of project/program governance.
Establish metrics against which project/program success will be assessed and ensure the project meets the stakeholders' expectations.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
Partner with stakeholders to align expectations and establish reasonable quality assurance for deliverables.
Offer conceptual, logical, and data-driven reasoning, organize work effectively and provide leadership in challenging situations to ensure mínimal interruptions to the execution.
Takes a lead role in articulating the business case for select transformation initiatives, as part of obtaining Executive buy-in and approval to proceed
Support the Director of Digital Transformation, in work related to identifying and realizing the expected business benefits of select projects/programs. This can include process design, facilitation of visioning sessions, organizational design, research and analysis to support business cases, validation of assumptions, etc.
Partner as a business transformation advisor across the organization, leveraging past experience to shape implementation approaches, solution architecture alignment to business needs, as well as organizational change management.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to Project Team Members, Workstream Leads and other project/program resources that report directly or indirectly to this role.
Potentially take on people management responsibilities for direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, offboarding, team development & engagement, communication, capacity planning, etc., as the role develops, and direct reports are assigned.

**Qualifications**:
8+ years of experience in Project Management required, working on technology and business transformation projects.
3+ years of people management experience is required, leading project management or related functions.
3+ years working with IT, as well as Finance and/or Supply Chain teams on ERP implementations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or similar, from an accredited institution is required.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of Project and Program Management best practices and ability to scale them appropriately to the organization's needs.
Excellent prioritization skills based on business value, resource availability, commitments and backlog.
Experience mentoring, coaching and developing Team Members with respect to project deliverables.
Strong sense of flexibility and personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising projects.
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Ability to predict and proactively resolve challenges.
Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Proven knowledge and understanding of Kanban method /Agile development cycles as well as more traditional Waterfall approache
