about this team

The lululemon Evolution Office (LEO) team is lululemon's transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery - all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Responsible for Enterprise Planning project management and communications, across all key workstreams including Operational Planning, Enterprise Governance, and the Rhythm of Business. This includes tracking all milestones and deliverables across workstreams, as well as providing weekly status updates and risk mitigation plans.
- Deliver and maintain the annual Rhythm of Business calendar, end-to-end Enterprise Planning timeline, and the quarterly Enterprise Planning communications & engagement plan.
- Build materials and write communications for multiple levels of leaders, across all workstreams.
- Facilitate internal and cross-functional meetings, drive enrollment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverables.
- Build trusting relationships and drive momentum across the team and with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed.
- Support other Enterprise Planning workstreams as directed by your leader.

qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading complex and highly cross-functional projects and / or programs.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, under tight timelines.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and comfortable communicating to various levels of leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management certificates and / or certification would be an asset.
- University Degree in Business, Operations Management or similar preferred.
