The expected starting base salary for this position is $75,308 - $78,663 annually, depending on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. Once hired, you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies for the role.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Director, Project & Business Architecture (PBA), the Program Coordinator (PC) will be supporting the successful planning and execution of the Business Transformation (BT) Program and various initiatives/projects by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, scheduling, analysis, and financial and risk management. The role of the PC focuses on planning, coordination, and streamlining of BT Program Office related activities, and receives direction from both the BT Program Manager and Senior Project Managers.

**Key responsibilities include**

**Under the day-to-day guidance from the BT Program Manager and Senior Project Managers**:

- Coordinates program and project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders
- Creates, analyzes, and summarizes relevant information related to comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports (to various audiences, including senior leadership), project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare materials for meetings (Eg. agendas, actions, surveys) as well as program/project related documents, presentations, and reports while maintaining organized program files and databases for easy access
- Serve as a point of contact to address general BT inquiries and provide information and resources to program members, staff, and vendors.
- Assist in disseminating program-related information through various communication channels
- Create, streamline and facilitate onboarding and learning materials for members new to BT program, and facilitate the planning of BT team building events and social calendar
- Coordinate participant availability and send out meeting invitations, reminders and follow ups as necessary
- Responds to ad hoc requests for information and analysis by researching and gathering information required, manipulating database fields, preparing spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, reports and presentations as required to summarize information.
- Develops templates, reviews procedures, and supports management of backlog and activities.
- Ensures all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and compile project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project and Business Architecture team members to track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to the project team and management as needed.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of project budgets, expenses, invoices, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Promotes effective communication and collaboration, comes up with ideas for continuous improvement
