What We Do

How You’ll Make an Impact- Design and refine onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into Fidelity’s culture and values.- Create engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences, leveraging innovative tools and methodologies.- Lead end-to-end program management, including planning, logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure programs align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors, universities, and community organizations.- Provide support to program participants to enhance their learning and career development.- Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and alignment with business goals.- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development.- Identify opportunities for innovation and scalability across Fidelity’s learning and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 2-4 years of experience in talent development, program management, or a related role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
