About the Role:

As Vice President of Human Resources at Santis Health, you will drive the human resources strategy to support our business goals and enhance our organizational culture. This role involves managing a broad range of HR activities and objectives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, promoting a high-performance culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the consulting field, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression, including leadership development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Establish and refine performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement, providing regular feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards, while also promoting equity and inclusion.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, promoting organizational effectiveness and adaptability in a rapidly evolving consulting landscape.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, ensuring that all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities for growth.
  • HR Technology: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline processes and make informed decisions that enhance workforce planning and management.
  • Partnership with Leadership: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: ~10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably within the consulting industry or similar professional services environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building and scaling HR departments, including structuring agile HR teams to effectively support business growth.
  • Talent Acquisition and Employee Development: Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • HR Strategies and Processes: Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR strategies, processes, and systems in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a track record of driving business outcomes through effective HR management.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
