About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and delivering top-tier IT talent to meet evolving demands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines for IT professionals across various domains and industries.
  • Leverage tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.

Requirements:

  • University or college diploma required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
