Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy services to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

At Directive, we take internal promotions very seriously and attribute it to much of our success We are looking for someone to join our People Operations team to elevate and transform Talent Development as it is today. We are a performance driven organization and want to reward and groom the leaders of tomorrow.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Launch a Talent Development program in the first 90 days
- Creating in-program career experiences through partnerships with key stakeholders of business units
- Identify criteria for qualification of acceptance into the program
- Create acknowledgement plan for completing the program
- Establish next steps after completion
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on internal promotions
- Partner with Employee Experience to incorporate career paths simultaneously
- Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to support leader and manager cohorts throughout the development program
- Uses data to make educated recommendations to improve overall success and measure impact of the program

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Solid time management skills and strong ability to prioritize workload

- Ability to think creatively and encourage innovation
