Who you are
You will provide support to the administration of Canadian payroll and benefit programs to ensure efficient and accurate processing & reporting. You will also provide customer service support to employees and managers on payroll and benefit matters.
What you bring- 1-2 years Payroll and/or Benefits experience- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focused outlook
Bonus skills and experience- Knowledge and understanding of Workday software- Bilingual in both English and French
What success looks like- You are keen and eager to go above and beyond and provide support to the HR team in exciting projects- You possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment and discretion in handling large volumes of confidential information- You are detail oriented, extremely organized, and the ability to manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast paced and changing environment
