Job Title: Full
- Time Administrative Assistant for Truck Repair Shop

Overview:
** Knowledge of truck parts & repairs is not required**

**Duties**:

- Manage and organize office files, both physical and electronic
- Assist in administrative tasks related to converting work orders into invoices
- Perform general office duties such as typing, answering phones, and providing clerical support
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks - including Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Occasionally will drive company vehicle to pickup truck parts from nearby parts suppliers

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in file management
- Experience in Quickbooks is an asset - training provided to quick learners
- Strong office administration skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in the use of Gmail and Google Chrome
- Can work with multiple tabs and screens at a time
- Exceptional customer service skills
