**职位概述：**

负责日常人力资源操作，支持员工关系、招聘、培训和绩效管理等工作，确保公司的人力资源政策和程序得到有效执行。

**主要职责：**
- 负责招聘流程，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排和候选人背景调查。
- 协助实施员工入职培训和离职手续。
- 维护和更新员工档案，确保信息的准确性和保密性。
- 支持员工关系管理，处理员工投诉和疑问。
- 执行绩效管理流程，协助经理进行绩效评估。
- 确保公司人力资源政策和程序符合相关法律法规。

**资格要求：**
- 人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少2年的HR相关工作经验。
- 熟悉劳动法和相关法规。
- 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
- 具备良好的组织和时间管理能力，能在多任务环境中工作。
- 熟练使用MS Office。
- 流利中文，英文书写及口头沟通

**Job Title: HR Specialist**

**Location: Toronto Headquarters**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring effective implementation of our HR policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Execute performance management processes and assist managers with evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and relevant legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Fluence in Chinese written and verbal communication

Pay: $42,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
