**品类运营二部 - 品类运营经理Category Operations Manager**

**岗位职责：**

1. **品类分析与优化**
- 分析库存及销售数据，评估各品类产品表现，识别热销品与滞销品；
- 提出重点采购品类及需淘汰品类的优化建议，提升整体运营效益；
- 根据市场需求和平台数据，优化品类结构，支持战略决策。
2. **选品与价格管理**
- 挖掘符合市场趋势的新品类及潜力商品；
- 监控产品库存、价格动态及竞品数据，确保品类商品的竞争力；
- 定期更新选品策略，支持活动及日常运营需求。
3. **活动支持与执行**
- 协助团队策划并执行品类相关的促销活动；
- 提供活动选品、库存协调和价格调整支持；
- 对活动数据进行分析与复盘，优化后续活动方案。
4. **市场调研与品类规划**
- 调研市场趋势，分析用户需求，提出品类规划建议。
**任职要求：**

1. **工作经验**
- 3年以上品类运营或管理相关经验；
- 熟悉家居、零食、美妆和个护品类者优先。
2. **技能要求**
- 熟练使用Excel及其他分析工具，具备较强的数据分析能力；
- 善于洞察市场趋势，对活动和品类优化有清晰的逻辑；
- 具备良好的执行能力和多任务管理能力。
3. **学历要求**
- 本科及以上学历，Marketing/Business/Data Analytics相关专业优先。
4. **需持有加拿大有效工作签证 **（此为全职岗位，学签，兼职不在考虑范围，请谅解）
