**Marketing and Public Relations Assistant (Intern/Part-time)**

**Job Overview**
The Marketing and Public Relations Assistant plays a key role in our team, driving brand development and enhancing market impact. This position requires close collaboration with the team to implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance our company's visibility and competitiveness in the target market.

**Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy Execution**: Participate in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans including online and offline events, promotional activities, and digital marketing.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct analysis on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to provide data support and practical advice for marketing strategy decisions.
- **Content Management**: Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand image.
- **Marketing Materials Production**: Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and videos.
- **Event Organization and Execution**: Support the planning and implementation of marketing events, including on-site management and post-event evaluation.
- **Cross-department Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Students majoring in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or related fields.
- **Skills and Interests**: Strong interest in marketing and brand promotion with a good foundation in marketing theory.
- **Communication and Teamwork**: Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with team members of diverse backgrounds.
- **Creativity and Problem Solving**: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software like Photoshop is a plus.
