小红Mall成立于2016年2月，总部位于加拿大多伦多，8年间发展成为拥有100万北美华人用户的电商领军企业。截至目前，小红Mall已在全球设有五个大型智能自营仓库，分别位于美国洛杉矶、美国新泽西、加拿大多伦多、加拿大温哥华和日本千叶市。因公司的快速发展需求，现招聘以下职位：

职位：品类运营专员

岗位职责：
- 负责品类促销活动的策划、执行、效果监控与数据复盘，对活动进行闭环优化管理，以销售额增长为首要目标
- 监测商品市场动态，深入了解分析目标用户需求，制定针对性的商品营销策略和推广方案
- 追踪分析竞争对手的市场动态及策略，灵活调整营销方案以快速响应市场变化
- 其他品类营销及商品管理相关工作
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，Marketing/Business/Data Analytics相关专业优先
- 具有1-3年电商平台营销策划及执行经验，熟悉电商行业规则及营销工具优先
- 深度了解热爱中/日/韩各品类商品，对市场风向趋势有敏锐洞察力
- 工作认真负责，自驱力、执行力及学习能力较强；善于沟通及团队合作
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，Excel熟练优先
公司坐标：Markham, Ontario, Canada 薪资：面议招聘人数：2人，全职，需持有加拿大有效工作签证 （此为全职岗位，学签，兼职不在考虑范围，请谅解）
