**Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Manager**

**Reports To: VP, Marketing**

**Division: Marketing & Communications**

**Terms of Employment: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9 am -5 pm)**

**Salary: $52,000 - $61,000/ year**

**Location**: 155 Bermondsey Road, Toronto ON. Habitat GTA currently deploys a hybrid working environment, asking staff to come onsite once (1) per week at minimum.

We are a land developer, a home builder, a fundraiser, and a mortgage holder. In support of our homebuilding operations, Habitat GTA operates a retail home improvement store called Habitat ReStore, which sells donated home furnishings, appliances, and renovation materials, with all proceeds helping us build more homes.

**Your Impact**

This new role will lead and own Habitat GTA’s real estate marketing efforts and strengthen both our internal and external community launches. The Real Estate Marketing Manager will specialize in digital marketing and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the visibility of our opportunities and enhance brand awareness. The Real Estate Marketing Manager will project manage the marketing roll-out of each of Habitat GTA’s new communities and housing units from end to end, while collaborating with the Family Partnerships and Construction teams to ensure alignment.

**The Opportunity**
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote communities, attract potential family partners, and build brand awareness.
- **Paid Advertising**: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Generate regular reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- **Project Management**:

- **Content Creation**: Collaborate in developing and editting high-quality written and visual content, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and virtual tours to showcase communities and educate prospective family partners.
- **Website Management**: Oversee and enhance the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). UX, SEM
- **Brand Management**: Ensure the consistency of brand messaging and visuals across all digital channels.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with real estate laws and regulations.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the real estate industry.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.
- Professional and proactive attitude with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
