Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Broker to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and developing licensed agents. As the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the brokerage by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and ensuring that agents reach their highest potential through ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment:
  • Proactively recruit licensed real estate agents to grow the brokerage.
  • Implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract new and experienced agents.
  • Manage and execute the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and agent retention efforts.
Coaching and Development:
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to help agents achieve their professional goals.
  • Assist agents in building and expanding their client base through effective lead-generation strategies.
Team Leadership:
  • Cultivate a supportive, team-oriented culture that promotes growth and collaboration.
  • Guide agents in resolving transactional challenges and navigating complex real estate deals.
  • Encourage a continuous learning mindset by providing regular industry updates, market insights, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring:
  • Track agents’ performance metrics and help them set and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with agents to implement actionable plans for success.

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate broker’s license in Ontario.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at a real estate brokerage.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and managing licensed Realtors.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a diverse group of agents.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
