We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Manager to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in real estate asset management and drive growth.

Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the investment process, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, and managing a diverse portfolio of assets across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire investment process from origination to exit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations, and/or investment experience.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with ARGUS real estate software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent financial and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of success.
