The ANAF Unit 100 - Kingsway (Veterans Unit) is a not for profit environment. We are looking for an experienced Office Admin with accounting experience to join our team.

Familiarity with a ANAF or Legion would be beneficial but not mandatory.

**Summary**

As an Office Admin, you will be a vital part of our team and have the ability to work independently, utilizing core skills such as Microsoft Office proficiency, data entry accuracy, and exceptional customer service to ensure smooth office operations. Your premium skills and office experience will enhance your ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. With relevant skills in cash handling, customer support, and bookkeeping, you will contribute to maintaining a professional and organized office environment. Join us in this role to support our team with your diverse skill set and contribute to the overall success of our office operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Strong Cash management
- Utilize Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting members.
- Utilize administrative experience to support various office tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to count, handle and balance money
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous administrative experience is a must
- Knowledge of Sage 50 - Canadian Edition preferred
- Additional skills in customer support, and bookkeeping are advantageous

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: From $750.00 per week
