We are an entrepreneurial company seeking a hunter who loves telecom and technology and an opportunity to be involved as a key revenue driver in our growth and operations as it pertains to our 5-year strategic plan.

**The Role**:
Moby Telecommunications is excited to look for a talented and skilled **Outside Sales Representative** to join our winning team and help us completely disrupt the current duopoly in Canada.

**We are looking for unicorns. **Salespeople that enjoy selling to residents of the downtown core both in Calgary and Edmonton and creating long term relationships with them by only selling them what they need. The person that fills this position will be a high-integrity sales representative that works hard to identify and sell the right solution for everyone of our customers. **Does this sound like you?**

**Important Facts**
- This position is based out of our downtown Calgary office, travel to Edmonton 1-2 times a month may be required from time to time. (travel expenses will be covered by Moby)

**Day to Day Responsibilities**

As an Outside Sales Representative you would have the following primary responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while always creating a win-win situation for Moby and our customers.
- Meet customer acquisition objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our residential solutions.
- Drive sales through engagement with prospective customers onsite and through the phone in condominium and apartment buildings in the downtown core
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns and other Marketing Lead Gen activities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business, channel, and alliance partners.
- A closer of business with 2+ years experience in sales.
- Embodies sales and passionately showcases their love for curating new leads and landing sales.
- A hunter-type mentality, looking to go out and top the success of previous wins.
- Strong negotiator with ability to close sales while still providing real value to our customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, out of the box thinker.
- Self driven and can own the entire sales cycle and after with mínimal direction.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to build strong relationships with customer for repeat business.
- Experience in Telecom Sales an asset
- **Nice-to-have: speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Ukrainian, and/or French**

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 11:00am - 7:00pm, and some weekends as required.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Calgary, AB T2P 3G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Travel to Edmonton 1-2 times a month may be required from time to time. (travel expenses will be covered by Moby)

**Salary**
- $36k Base Salary + Commissions

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
