At **Echelon Supply & Service,** our focus is hose We are specialized in the fabrication of custom hose assemblies and kits as well as bulk distribution of hose, fittings, equipment and accessories. Since 1976, we strive to provide insightful customer service with experienced and knowledgeable staff. As the exclusive representative of Forsaflex hydraulic and industrial products, we maintain fully stocked warehouses in 6 locations across Canada, reliably serving a wide range of industries.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as an ambassador of Echelon Supply & Service, representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.
- Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet with prospects and customers.
- Conduct both calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, understanding how they can benefit customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to better understand customer needs.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
- Regularly submit reports on sales activities into the company’s CRM software, maintaining clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to accurately represent the company to all potential and current customers.
- Overnight travel may occasionally be required for sales activities, training, or trade shows.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as an outside sales representative;
- Experience in Industrial Distribution (Hydraulic, Pneumatic and/or Fluid Power) considered an asset;
- Must possess superior problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and willing to work independently;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment;
- Valid driver’s license required.
