**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Field Sales**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to present ITF products and solutions. Provide product demonstrations and answer any inquiries.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches and strategies.
- **Sales Proposals and Negotiations**: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and updates to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in outside sales or a related role within the food industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the food production and distribution industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
