**About the role**
- Leads the identification and qualification of opportunities, domestically and internationally for Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business in Canada. Develops and maintains a consultative relationship with customers and serves as a thought leader in military related opportunities. Has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value and ensures the customer’s requirements are understood. Develops capture strategies including business solutions and resources (personnel, financial, technical) for the pursuit of opportunities, identifies potential customers, conducts competitive assessments, and assesses Position-to-win(Pw).**What you bring to the role**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 15 years or more of professional experience OR 10 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- Excellent organization skills
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office products; in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
- Comfortable balancing demands of multiple tasks
- Able to prioritize individual and team efforts
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Proficiency in French language an asset
- Comfortable operating in a diverse spectrum of cultures
- Third language proficiency (German, Spanish) an asset
