We are seeking a passionate and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to the growth and success of two forward-thinking businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for both WorkWorld Labour Services and Safer Roads International.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
- Engage with our online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas, campaigns, and promotions that align with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and implement them effectively to enhance our online presence.
- Assist in other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong passion for social media marketing and a keen eye for creative content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and measure ROI.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Prior experience with social media marketing, either through internships, coursework, or personal projects, is a plus but not required.
