**Your opportunity**:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Graduate Academic Services and under the direction of Associate Chair, Graduate, the Graduate Program Coordinator is responsible for providing program administration support for the Computer Science graduate office.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Conducting detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planning activities
- Analyzing service delivery and/or internal processes and recommending improvements
- Leading seminars and/or workshops
- Determining logístical details required for the execution of admissions processes
- Advising students on academic and/or financial matters by providing options and consequences incorporating personal circumstances impacting academic success and an understanding of an individual's background
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Serving as a resource to others by providing (non-supervisory) job-related guidance

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years recent and relevant experience in supporting a graduate academic program, including supporting program planning and student advising
- Demonstrated experience providing academic advising to current and prospective students
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on program efficiency and student experience, and providing strategic input in program planning
- Experience analyzing internal and external program trends, preferably in computer science, and recommending improvements
- Experience interpreting and advising on academic policies, regulations, and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant student and academic university policies, and student services
- Experience preparing and leading presentations, seminars, and/or workshops, planning and organizing special events, and preparing promotional and outreach materials
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint, and content management systems
- Advanced skills in ROSI, ROSI Express, Slate, eMarks, Degree Explorer, or similar student systems to enter data, retrieve information, and generate reports
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and establish priorities in a flexible way, and successfully meet deadlines with competing priorities and interruptions
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of faculty, staff and students in a manner which facilitates cooperation
