**Job Summary**:
ProStyle Construction, is looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is key to driving new business and maintaining strong client relationships in the residential renovation and construction market. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and online platforms.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

**Client Consultation & Engagement**:

- Meet with potential clients to assess their renovation and construction needs.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and provide expert recommendations, incorporating construction expertise and interior design insights.
- Present well-rounded proposals that focus on delivering the desired outcome within the client’s budget.
- Use your **Buildertrend knowledge** (or similar project management tools) to provide transparency on projected timelines, cost estimates, and updates, increasing client confidence.

**Sales Presentation & Closing**:

- Prepare and present professional, customized proposals based on client discussions.
- Leverage your understanding of renovation and **design** trends to offer clients tailored solutions that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of their spaces.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, through updates and follow ups during and after the project.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the entire sales and renovation process, and follow up for potential repeat business or referrals.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay informed on the latest renovation and construction trends, especially related to residential projects and interior design.
- Remain up to date on general local construction codes and permit requirements.
- Actively use **Buildertrend** to streamline project communications, track progress, and manage customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the renovation, construction, or real estate industries.
- **Knowledge or experience using Buildertrend** (or other construction project management software) is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding or background in **interior design** is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints or construction plans is important.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
- Generous commission on each closed sale.
- Bonuses on additional services and interior design enhancements.
- Mileage Allowance: Travel reimbursement for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
