Hardy Sales is seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. Based in the **Vancouver region**, this hybrid role involves both **on-the-road client visits** and **in-office responsibilities** at our **Langley location**. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. **Standard hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.** As a family-owned and operated wholesale food distribution company since 1982, Hardy Sales prides itself on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value of Hardy Sales' offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, set targets, and monitor progress.
- Stay informed about industry news, competitors, and emerging trends.
- Partner with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
