Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless rental process, address customer inquiries and concerns, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
2. **Rental Coordination**: Coordinate equipment rentals, including scheduling pick-ups, drop-offs, and ensuring availability of requested equipment. Constant communication with the rental delivery driver is essential in being successful.

3. **Customer Assistance**: Provide guidance to customers on equipment selection, usage instructions, safety protocols, and any additional services offered.

4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, contracts, and customer information in the company database.

5. **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, including equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and replenishment needs. This includes receiving product, stocking shelves, and facing product. This requires constant communication with your manager in which inventory needs to be added or adjusted.

6. **Store Cleanliness**: Your responsibility will be the cleanliness and tidiness of the store front and back. Daily facing, washing, and sweeping is required.

7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments & locations, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure smooth coordination of rental activities. This includes providing support at all locations as needed.

8. **Training**: Stay updated on product knowledge, rental policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.

9. **Yard Help**:Our company consists of a store and a yard. From time to time, you may be requested to help in the back of the yard.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry such as equipment rental, automotive, or construction.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of equipment operation and safety protocols is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**: This role primarily operates in an office setting but may require occasional outdoor work to assist with equipment inspections or customer demonstrations. - Flexibility in working hours, including weekends is required to accommodate customer needs and rental schedules. Schedule will be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
