**Role Summary**:
Working under the direction of the HR Manager this position will support the HR Team in recruiting, training, HRIS transition and project driven work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support implementation of HRIS and payroll systems through data analysis and reporting while working with regional implementation groups.
- Responsible to support KPI administration through data collection, reporting and presentation on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Champions recruiting and related systems at all levels of the organization ensuring effective programs and systems are in place to support timely and effective results.
- Responsible to support, coordinate, conduct employee onboarding.
- Responsible to support an facilitate training and development programs of new and existing employees.
- Support administration of benefits including employee sign-ups and changes and updating of relevant files and systems.
- Support Employee Meeting presentations, Communication Boards and Social events.
- Ensures effective and accurate administration of employee records.
- Assists Leaders to ensure the fair and reasonable implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and regular updating of company policies, programs and the Employee Handbook in accordance with legislated requirements, the Employee Charter and Magna guidelines.
- Project driven work as directed by HR Manager.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Completion of Post Graduate or Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources Management
- 2 - 3 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment with exposure to HRIS systems and system support and implementation
- Completion of Human Resources designation (CHRP) or working towards
- Working knowledge of all current Employment Legislation, ESA, OHSA, AODA, Magna Employee Charter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Ability to read and write English fluently.

**Competencies**:

- Knowledge of Workday is an asset, familiar with HRIS data analysis, report findings and issue resolution.
- Strong presentation and communication skills -both verbal and written
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to shifting priorities and changing projects and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and committed to working collaboratively with peers and other departments
- Excellent organization and Time Management skills with ability to coordinate and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Professional, responsive and a positive work attitude is essential
