Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support our North American locations. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this role will administer programs and policies aligned with our strategic goals.

The successful candidate will provide internal support and partnership to business lines, delivering required human resources elements. Key responsibilities include implementing effective programs in engagement, learning & development, culture, talent management, policies, and employee relations.

This position requires facilitating organizational policies and programs, ensuring labor law and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the candidate will leverage research and diagnostic tools to maximize employee engagement and build organizational commitment to our desired culture.

The ideal candidate must stay informed on legal standards related to daily employee management, mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance. This involves coordinating with the legal department as necessary.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in developing, recommending, and implementing improvements or modifications to procedures and policies is essential.

A university or community college graduate in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Strong systems skills, including experience with recruiting and HR software, as well as Microsoft Office, are also required.
