**Kings Construction Group** is seeking a highly motivated **Phone Operator/Secretary** to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering lead calls, note down the leads and schedule appointments.
- Direct incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain and update records, documents, and reports as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with different teams to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change over a week or month.
