**Overview**
For our growing Real Estate Brokrage, We are seeking a dedicated and organized Deal Secretary to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who has previous experience as a deal Secretary and possesses strong multitasking abilities.

**Duties**
- Preparing & organizing files for our Real Estate transactions.
- Completeting documentation & filing Forms relevant to deals
- Posting & updating Real Estate Transactions status on Related on platforms to list properties
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client/ Agents needs and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a Real Estate office as a Deal Secretary is mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette to create a positive impression on clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer support practices to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to proofread documents effectively, ensuring high-quality communication.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
