Family owned Basement waterproofing company has an opening for an experienced Part-Time Secretary/ Office Administrator Position. Experience in the Services Industries or related a plus but not necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Dispatch calls to the field tech accordingly to best technician for the job
- Schedule and assign Estimates, Jobs, Service calls, collect payment over the phone from customers for service. Manage service billings from Service Tech.
- Maintain knowledge of all jobs, service calls, and installation projects in progress
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle/resolve customer requests
- Track and follow up past due service billings.
- Assist Estimator/Technician as needed with Estimates /proposals such as: Typing quotes, Pulling permits, Calling city for Locates, Scheduling inspections, Follow up on Estimates
- Provide general office support including filing, photocopying, and organizing document, receipts

**Position Requirements**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ukrainian, a plus, but not required

Job Location: Mississauga, Eglinton Ave E & Hurontario St

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Ukrainian (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
